The Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority (SRTA) has completed its preparations to accommodate the anticipated increase in passengers at Al Jubail Bus Station during the Eid Al-Fitr holiday. A comprehensive operational plan has been implemented to ensure flexible and seamless transportation services. As part of the plan, 1,400 daily intercity bus trips have been scheduled, with the number of buses operating on routes increased to 180 buses per day. Additionally, bus intervals have been reduced to 5 minutes during peak hours to ensure faster travel times and prevent overcrowding. Supervisory and monitoring teams within the station have also been reinforced to ensure organized passenger flow and smooth movement throughout the facility.
