In implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority inaugurated the Dibba Al Hisn Bridge in the presence of H.E. Eng. Yousef Khamis Al Othmani, Chairman of the Authority, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop infrastructure and enhance the efficiency of the road network across the cities and regions of the Emirate.

The bridge extends 54 metres in length, with a construction cost exceeding AED 30 million. The project aims to improve traffic flow, enhance road safety, and strengthen connectivity between key road corridors, facilitating mobility and serving residents and road users in the area.

The project represents a significant addition to the road network in Dibba Al Hisn, enhancing infrastructure efficiency, keeping pace with urban development needs, and contributing to an integrated and safe road network across the city.

The inauguration forms part of the Authority’s ongoing plan to deliver sustainable infrastructure projects that support Sharjah’s comprehensive development journey, enhance mobility efficiency, and contribute to improving quality of life.
