As part of its monthly driver awareness program, Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority, in cooperation with Sharjah Police General Headquarters, organized an awareness lecture titled “Collision Accidents and Fleeing the Scene”, targeting bus and taxi drivers with the aim of raising traffic awareness and promoting responsible road behavior.

The program highlighted the dangers of fleeing the scene of an accident and the legal and humanitarian consequences associated with such actions. It also educated drivers on the proper procedures to follow when accidents occur, contributing to enhancing the safety of drivers and all road users.

This lecture forms part of the Authority’s ongoing efforts to promote traffic awareness, strengthen compliance with traffic regulations, and support the highest standards of road safety across the Emirate.
