The center enables customers to book immediate and scheduled taxi services via phone, the smart app, and the official website, with a rapid response time of no more than 10 seconds, ensuring a smooth and flexible transportation experience. These efforts reflect the Authority’s commitment to delivering high-efficiency services, supported by the latest technologies to ensure the comfort and safety of customers at all times.
