Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority honoured 180 outstanding drivers for 2026 during its annual recognition ceremony, attended by Authority officials, strategic partners, and representatives of franchise companies, in recognition of the drivers’ efforts and contributions to enhancing the safety and efficiency of the transport system and improving service quality.

The honoured drivers were selected based on a set of approved criteria, including commitment to safety, discipline, performance quality, and excellence in customer service, reflecting the Authority’s commitment to recognising outstanding performance and encouraging drivers to maintain the highest standards of efficiency and professional responsibility.

The recognition also extended to Call Centre employees, strategic partners, and franchise companies in appreciation of their contributions to supporting the transport system, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening service integration, helping provide a safe and reliable mobility experience for all segments of the community.
