Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority, in collaboration with the Sharjah Police General Command, announces an adjustment to the truck ban timings on Emirates Road in the section between the entrance to Sharjah and Intersection No. 7. The ban will now apply during evening peak hours from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM. The new timings will come into effect starting January 1, 2025, aligning with the ban schedules on roads in neighboring emirates and aiming to prevent truck congestion on Sharjah's roads.
