Modernized the fleet of taxis operating in the cities of the Eastern Province
The Sharjah Roads and Transportation Authority, in coordination with its strategic partner,
Sharjah Taxi, has modernized the fleet of taxis operating in the cities of the Eastern Province,
Khor fakkan, Kalba, and Dibba Al Hisn, where 50 hybrid and environmentally-friendly vehicles
were operated as a first stage, to achieve sustainable development while promoting the Emirate
of Sharjah as an environmentally friendly emirate.
