This service enables customers to enquire about violations of illegal operation represented in practicing the activities of passengers transport while breaching the conditions of the license issued by the Concerned Authorities in the Emirate or in abstaining from adherence to the conditions set forth in the permit of practicing the passengers transport activity issued by Sharjah Roads & Transport Authority.
Besides, this service allows customers to enquire about violations through three methods i.e. entering the driving license number of the relevant driver, entering the vehicle's plate details or the traffic code of the vehicle owner.
