The Sharjah Roads and Transportation Authority, in collaboration with the Human Resources Department and the University of Sharjah, has launched the professional diploma program "Road and Traffic Inspection," the first of its kind in the emirate. Twenty employees were nominated for the program after successfully passing performance renewal tests. This initiative responds to the work needs and the Authority's plans to enhance the administrative and technical skills of its teams, aligning with the continuous urban development in the emirate, ultimately contributing to improving the efficiency and quality of employees' work and their ongoing performance enhancement.
