As part of its commitment to streamlining procedures and providing flexible field services, the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority has launched a dedicated service for senior citizens and individuals with chronic illnesses. This service allows them to complete their transactions from the comfort of their homes without the need to visit the Authority’s headquarters. Requests can be submitted by the property owner or a first-degree relative. Specialized staff will visit the location to complete all necessary procedures. Service Requirements:

• An official medical report confirming the health condition.
• No existing legal representative or authorized delegate.
